Born in Ecuador and shaped by life in Miami, Los Angeles, and New York, his design perspective reflects a unique balance of East Coast refinement and West Coast ease.

A graduate of the Southern California Institute of Architecture, Jose brings a multidisciplinary approach rooted in architecture, fashion, photography, and the arts. His work is characterized by meticulous attention to detail, an intuitive understanding of scale and materiality, and a rare ability to create deeply personal spaces that feel both elevated and enduring.

 

NANCIE MIN

Principal

With more than 20 years of experience in architecture and interior design, Nancie Min is celebrated for creating environments that are refined, deeply personal, and thoughtfully composed. A graduate of The Cooper Union's Irwin S. Chanin School of Architecture, where she earned her Bachelor of Architecture with honors, she approaches each project with a holistic vision that seamlessly integrates architecture, interiors, and product design.

Influenced by her Korean heritage and extensive global travels, Nancie's work reflects a sophisticated balance of cultural richness, material sensitivity, and timeless elegance. Her meticulous attention to detail and intuitive understanding of space result in enduring designs that elevate everyday living.
